We accept returns and refunds only under the following conditions:

  • Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged, broken, or leaking during delivery
  • Cancelled Orders: Orders cancelled before shipment

Notification Window

You must notify us within 2 days of product delivery if you receive a damaged product. Please contact us immediately via:

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products that are not damaged during delivery
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence after delivery
  • Products where damage was not reported within 2 days of delivery

Return Process

To initiate a return for a damaged product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order via email (support@houseofzyra.shop)
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos showing the damage to the product
  3. Our team will review your request and provide return/exchange instructions within 24-48 hours
  4. Pack the damaged product securely in its original packaging
  5. We will arrange pickup or provide a return shipping address
  6. Once we receive and verify the damaged product, we will process your refund or send a replacement

Return Shipping Costs

For damaged products reported within 2 days of delivery:

  • We will cover all return shipping costs
  • We will arrange pickup from your location
  • No additional charges will be applied

Inspection Process

Once we receive your returned damaged product:

  • Our quality team will inspect the product within 2-3 business days
  • We will verify the damage occurred during delivery
  • You will be notified via email or phone about the inspection results
  • If approved, we will either send a replacement or process your refund

Replacement or Refund

For damaged products, you can choose between:

  • Replacement: We will send you a new product at no additional cost
  • Refund: We will process a full refund to your original payment method

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is approved:

  • Inspection: 2-3 business days after receiving the returned product
  • Approval Notification: Email sent within 24 hours of approval
  • Refund Processing: 5-7 business days from approval date
  • Bank Credit: Additional 3-5 business days depending on your bank

Total timeline: Approximately 10-15 business days from when we receive your return

Refund Methods

Prepaid Orders (Online Payment)

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the original card used for purchase
  • UPI: Refunded to the original UPI ID
  • Net Banking: Refunded to the original bank account
  • Digital Wallets: Refunded to the original wallet

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Refunds processed via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS)
  • You must provide your bank account details (Account Number, IFSC Code, Account Holder Name)
  • Email your bank details to support@houseofzyra.shop when initiating the return
  • Refund will be credited within 5-7 business days after approval

Refund Amount

  • Damaged Products: Full refund including shipping charges (if any)
  • Cancelled Orders: Full refund of the amount paid

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted only if:

  • The damage is determined to have occurred after delivery due to customer handling
  • Products returned without original packaging

Refund Tracking

  • Email confirmation when refund is processed with transaction details

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  2. Contact your bank or credit card company (processing may take time)
  3. Check your spam/junk folder for our refund confirmation email

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order free of charge before it is shipped:

  • Contact us immediately at support@houseofzyra.shop with your order number
  • Cancellations are processed within 1-2 hours during business hours
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
  • Full refund will be processed for cancelled orders within 5-7 business days

Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • Prepaid Orders: Full refund processed within 5-7 business days
  • COD Orders: No payment was made, so no refund is necessary
  • Cancellation confirmation sent via email
